"Non
of the packages offer exactly what I'm looking for. Can I
customise my option?"
Yes. Our packages can be considered
complete solutions in their own right, or as a starting point
for a more tailored requirement.
Simple changes/amendments are normally free of charge, more
complex requirements being charged as per our Site
Management Program |
"How
can you offer a decent web design package for only £299
when others charge £600+?"
To be honest, we make very little on
our starter package. Our sole aim here is to help you establish
an Internet presence in the easiest way possible. We hope
to earn your trust and loyalty so you'll stick with us as
we continue to promote and grow your on-line business. |
"How
long will it take to get my web site up and running?"
There are various stages involved when
publishing a web site. Web design time, hosting, domain name
registration - all this has to taken into account when starting
to build an Internet presence. Our £299 package is the
quickest, and completion can normally be expected within a
very short time - normally 6-8 weeks.
Other options depend upon complexity of the web site and it's
features.
The nature of the Internet means that your new web site will
need to propagate through all the servers and although this
is very rapid it can still take a little while before your
site is available on smaller ISPs. Within a week of publication
your site will be available to 95% of all Internet users.

"I don't even know what
kind of option/package will suit me."
It doesn't matter. A few simple
questions will give us enough info to put a Project Proposal
together.
We consult with you all the way. You will be sent a draft
copy of your site which you must approve before moving on.
Fill out our Enquiry
Form for further details.
"My
business doesn't seem suited to the Internet - can I get
a refund?"
Provided your site has been hosted
by ourselves for at least 3mths, and you have actively marketed/promoted
it then we may consider a partial refund. Cost of virtual
hosting and domain name registration are not refundable
as these will still remain your property and can be used
later.

"I
want to sell things and take card payments from my site"
By default, we design e-commerce sites
around the Pay Pal system, however other payment systems can
be implemented if required although additional merchant setup
fees may be incurred.
"Who owns my web site?"
If your site has been designed based
on one of our approved design ideas then this style/template
remains our intellectual copyright or that of our partners.
Any content supplied by you (logos etc) remain your copyright.
Some conditions may apply and it may be necessary to display
a small design logo/credit somewhere on the front page. This
can usually be removed for a small fee if required.
If your domain name is registered by us on your behalf then
you will automatically have ownership of it (subject to registery
fees being paid and renewed when due)
|
"I've
decided to host my web site on my own server - can I do this?"
Yes. We will fully design and test your
site, publish it on our servers for your final approval, and
then dispatch it to you on CD. If we already host your site
and you then wish to have your site hosted elsewhere then
we will provide you with all the HTML and other elements needed
for this to take place. If your site isn't too large we can
email it to you. For larger sites, we will burn it to CD and
send it to you (£10 admin charge applies).
Note: be held responsible for
We cannot provide technical support for third party server
hosting.
We cannot continue to promote third party hosted sites.
